Clean Water and Sanitation

Growing up in a clean and safe environment is every human being’s right. Sustainable management of water and sanitation therefore becomes the heart of a healthy thriving community.

Clean Water and Sanitation

Access to Safe Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene are among key components to prevent and control waterborne diseases and to allow local communities thrive in a safe hygienic environment.

" By providing clean water sources and sanitation facilities, we help the local communities to develop gardens and small-scale farms to keep the families and the livestock healthy, allowing the Maasai to stay in areas long enough to fully develop viable communities without the burden of relocation."

Growing up in a clean and safe environment is every human being’s right. Sustainable management of water and sanitation therefore becomes the heart of a healthy thriving community.

Access to clean water, basic toilets, and good hygiene practices not only keeps children thriving in their day-to-day activities, but also gives them a healthier start in life. We endeavor to support schools with clean water and sanitation so as to provide conducive learning environments in the learning institutions in our communities and so far we have undertaken the following;

  • The building of more than 100 latrines in Nkoilale primary and Kisiriri primary schools.
  • We have helped build 2 water tanks of 350 liters each at Kisiriri primary school with 1 tank designed to serve the school and the other to serve for the local community
